Congressman Seth Moulton Endorses Antonio Delgado
KINGSTON – Today, Congressman Seth Moulton endorsed Antonio Delgado for Congress in New York’s 19th Congressional District.
“Antonio represents a new generation of leadership that puts people over politics and country over party,” said Moulton. “I am proud to endorse Antonio. He understands that the status quo is not benefitting our working families and is running on a solutions-oriented platform focused on building a better future for everyone. We need more leaders in Congress committed to bipartisan solutions that benefit everyday Americans.”
“I am proud to have the endorsement of Congressman Moulton,” said Delgado. “He has dedicated himself to serving both his country and community. As a public servant and a veteran, he understands what it will take to bring real change to working class families and has been a leader in focusing on bipartisan solutions. I am grateful for his support and look forward to working together on issues like economic development, universal healthcare and improving the lives of our veterans.”
Congressman Moulton represents the sixth district of Massachusetts. Moulton was first called to service when he joined the Marines and became an infantry platoon commander, serving four tours in Iraq. After returning home, Seth earned joint graduate degrees in business and public policy, and then worked in the private sector in Texas on building the country’s first high-speed railway.
In 2014, Seth ran for Congress on a platform of bringing a new generation of less partisan leadership to Washington. In Congress, Seth is focused on creating a new economic agenda that will make a difference for American families, and recruiting and supporting service veterans running for Congress in key swing districts across the country.
